The Tower, in most decks, is represented by a Tower being destroyed. It may be struck by Lightning or crumbling due to some other destructive force.
The symbolism of the Tower is relatively unambiguous: imminent disaster and destruction. It is one of the most common tarot cards to appear in narrative media, as it can be used to foreshadow nearly any form of narrative conflict.
