The Queen is an alternative final boss to the gane, Seas Cells. She resides in the Crown at the top of the Lighthouse. She is exclusive to the Queen and the Sea DLC.
Like the Beheaded, the Queen was turned into a homunculus with a "head" that has three marks resembling the King's coat of arms and a halo; compared to the Beheaded having just one mark
Her signature weapon is the Queen's Rapier, which is obtained after defeating her.
