The Flash is a 2023 American superhero film, it is the 13th installment in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). In the film, Barry travels back in time to prevent his mother's death, which brings unintended consequences.
The movie received mixed reviews where critics praise Sasha Calle's first movie role as Supergirl and Michael Keaton return as Batman but criticized the plot and the uses of Ai-Generated visual effects. The movie was also a box office bomb due to multiple delays as a result of the Coronavirus Pandemic, multiple crimes and scandals involving the main actor Erza Miller prior to the movies release and superhero fatigue.
