Tenshi Kaiwai (lit. "angel neighborhood") or Mizuiro (lit. "water-colored") is a Japanese aesthetic and fashion style defined by the combination of light blue and white. It heavily incorporates imagery of Angels, Water, Clouds, Pills and Syringes, and technology.
Fashion tends to include Track Jackets and Jersey Maid outfits, as well as Arm Warmers and Leg Warmers, to the point that Tenshi Kaiwai and jersey maids are sometimes conflated. Fashion is not limited to jersey-type streetwear, however, and may incorporate a variety of other inspirations.
