The World Martial Arts Tournament (Tenka'ichi Budōkai, lit. "The Number One Under Heaven Martial Arts Gathering"), also known as the World Martial Arts Championships and Strongest Under the Heavens, refers to a Martial Arts event in the Dragon Ball manga, and in the anime series Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT.
