Also known as: ティーカップ, 茶杯
A Cup traditionally used to hold Tea and other hot beverages. They're typically short and made of ceramic, with a rounded base and a handle. They're often depicted alongside Saucers, Teapots, and Tea Sets.
In Japan, tea-drinking may be done with Yunomi: these are cylindrical cups without handles. And a Chawan is a bowl-shaped cup without handles, found in East Asia.
In China, a traditional cup used for tea-drinking - often seen with a lid - is a Gaiwan.
