Takuya is a gay porn actor who starred in Monzetsu Shounen (悶絶少年), a series of porn videos by Acceed. In the Manatsu No Yo No Inmu fan community, he is claimed to resemble Bleach mangaka Kubo Tite and is called KBTIT. This has spawned a family of memes based on those that resemble KBTIT such as the tiger buses of Fuji Safari Park (BSTIT or バスTIT / BusTIT) and TAK from B'z. Other memes are based on KBTIT's dialog and performance in the films.
