Susumu Matsushita

Japanese professional airbrush artist who has done vastly prolific amounts of work for several game companies. Probably best known for drawing the cover art for Famitsu Magazine. Westerners would know his work predominately for the character designs he modified and/or created for the Capcom game Maximo.
