A specialty of Tokushima Prefecture, Japan, is a small, round, green citrus Fruit. It is a tart citrus that is not eaten as a fruit, but rather as a food flavoring instead of Lemon or lime. Genetic analysis shows that it is the product of a cross between Yuzu and another citrus similar to the Takanori Orange (Fruit) and koji orange.
