Stefán Karl Stefánsson (10 July 1975 – 21 August 2018)
Icelandic actor and singer. well known for playing the character Robbie Rotten, a villain from the kids show LazyTown. Two of the songs he sang for the character, You Are a Pirate and We Are Number One, would later become Memes, the latter more prominently.
Stefánsson passed away in 21 August 2018 after fighting against his bile duct cancer for over two years.
