A mostly-Monochrome, muted and/or Dark picture, with a few colors employed to 'pop out' and draw the viewer's attention.
Not to be confused with a Partially Colored image. In particular, Unfinished pictures which the artist fully colors later should usually be tagged partially colored, not spot color.
A post tagged Spot Color can be also be tagged with Monochrome.
