First introduced in the Khorovod of Dawn's Rime event. Her voice actor is Seto Asami, a role that she shares with another Soviet battleship in Kancolle, Gangut (Kancolle).
Historically went unfinished and ultimately cancelled on 19 October 1940 due to serious construction flaws.
