It consists of a white Dixie Cup Hat with a black Hat Ribbon and anchor emblem, a blue Double-Breasted Naval Jacket with White Trim, Gold Buttons, and an anchor insignia, a Black Shirt, a gold anchor necklace, White Gloves, and black white-trimmed Boots with white cuffs and Gold Buckle.
