A small, more Cat-like version of Mari (Blue Archive) by Horuhara. She's a fan creation and not official.
Since both Mari and Smol Mari are sometimes depicted at the same time, it's highly implied that Smol Mari is the offspring of Mari and Sensei (see post #8954845).
