A load-bearing Military chest rig of Russian origin, analogous to the American ALICE load-bearing carry equipment, but specialized for carrying ammo and equipment for use with Russian-pattern weapons (AK, RPK, SVD, VSS, etc.)
Many different variations were produced in a variety of different materials and configurations, more recent models even incorporate MOLLE webbing into their construction.
