Skyla, known as Fuuro (フウロ) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Black and White.

She wears a cropped blue Turtleneck jacket that exposes Midriff and Navel, blue Suspenders, blue Short Shorts (that are sometimes depicted as micro), Blue Gloves, a blue Thigh Pouch, and Blue Boots.
Already popular for her attractive design, the 2024 Pokemon Teraleak caused a resurgence in her popularity when leaked documents were found that explicitly called her a "sexy pilot", as well as Hispanic.
