A Shirt with an asymmetrical, diagonal-shaped neckline, covering one shoulder while leaving the upper chest and other shoulder bare.
These shirts are typically supported by a Single Sleeve or a Single Strap on one shoulder while the other is left bare. The neckline of the shirt starts on top of one shoulder and ends underneath the armpit between the torso and opposite arm.
Not to be confused with Single Off Shoulder, which is when a regular shirt is worn with one sleeve off the shoulder.
