A race in Final Fantasy VIII. Yellow skinned creatures with Large Hands and bulbous chins. Moombas are a final form of a shumi.
Shumi mostly reside in Shumi Village. Shumi commit to a craft and are referred to by their craft e.g. "Artisan".
Shumi NPCs usually wear Green Robes. The Shumi Elder is taller and wears a Purple Robe. Norg (Ff8) is a giant shumi.
