Literally "short" + "stacked"; a short woman who has Large Breasts and/or Wide Hips.
Differs from Oppai Loli in that the shortstack is clearly a typical adult/adolescent in age despite their short stature, while an oppai loli appears childlike apart from the curves.
Consider using Pear-Shaped Figure when the hips are wider than the bust, as there is less stacking.
