All Shinsengumi commanding officers possess the Noble Phantasm Flag of Sincerity, which allows them to summon additional members of the Shinsengumi, similarly to Ionioi Hetairoi (Fate). In addition, all members possess the noble phantasm Coat of Oaths, which is their standard Haori uniform.
