Tsumugi formed a witch contract with Akagi (Sanoba Witch) in order to have her wish granted. The price forces her to wear men's clothing on daily basis and every attempt to make herself cute ends with a Vomiting fit.
In her witch form, Tsumugi wears a cute Magical Girl outfit, which both joys and annoys her, since she's allowed to look girly only when performing her duty.
