Main female character from Dagashi Kashi. She is an avid dagashi (Sweets) enthusiast. She is trying to convince Kokonotsu to inherit his father's shop.
She has a purple Bob Cut that reaches just above her shoulders, with a Black Hairband with a Black Rose, ringed purple or Blue Eyes, and Large Breasts.
Being from the city, she is a lot more fashionable than the other characters in the series. She wears Ankle Strap Pumps, a frilled Blouse with a red Ribbon or red Bow, a black high-waist Suspender Skirt, and black Thighband Pantyhose. Hotaru serves as one of the codifiers of the Virgin Killer Outfit.
