Shelly (Japanese: Izumi) is an Admin of Team Aqua from Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire.
Her Team Magma counterpart is Courtney (Pokemon).
In Ruby and Sapphire, she has long curly Red Hair, a Blue Bandana, a Blue Vest over a cropped Black Tube Top, and Blue Pants.
In Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, she has been completely redesigned. She now has dark skin, long Black Hair that covers one eye, a cropped Blue Shirt with Shoulder Cutouts, and blue pants with Hip Vents.
