Shapeshifter Laios (Chilchuck)

A Shapeshifter (Dungeon Meshi) from Dungeon Meshi that mimics the form of Laios Touden based on Chilchuck Tims's perception of him. He looks identical to the real Laios, but acts much crazier and is wall-eyed.
