An Official Alternate Costume of Sonic the Hedgehog 's Shadow The Hedgehog, unveiled in September 2024 as part of a promotional collaboration for the 18th Japanese Karate Judges Organization (JKJO) All Japan Junior Karate Championship. It also appears as an unlockable character skin in Sonic Speed Simulator.
It consists of a black Karate Gi top worn slightly open at the collar to reveal his white Chest Tuft, tied at the waist with a black Martial Arts Belt. He wears black Fingerless Gloves worn over his standard White Gloves. He retains his signature Gold Anklets. His red, black, and white Shoes are fitted with red padded martial arts Foot Guards secured over the tops with black Straps.
The ends of his belt feature either "SHADOW" (in Sonic Speed Simulator) or "JKJO" (in the 2D promotional poster) in Yellow Text.
