When a Plant exhibits sentience, or the broad ability to think and act in its own right. The sentience of the plant must play a key role in the image, and not simply be implicit as might be the case for a Venus Flytrap or the Great Deku Tree.
This does not include disembodied Vines that act as Tentacles or plants with purely decorative features.
