An NPC from Goddess Of Victory: Nikke. She is a Mass-Produced Nikke who was a member of Squad 09-10F along with RR-15436 .
Highly energetic and outgoing in stark contrast to her squadmate, Seira was also her first friend. During a mission, Squad 09-10F was completely wiped out, with RR-15436 being the sole survivor. Seira's fate is currently unknown, as her body was missing from among the dead. She has the same mass-produced model as RR-15436, which is currently unnamed.
Seira has long straight Aqua Hair with Sidelocks and Large Breasts. She wears a white and Black Bodysuit underneath a blue Highleg Leotard and a pair of blue high heel Thigh Boots. She has a Head-Mounted Display over her eyes and carries a what appears to be an Assault Rifle.
