Scan Artifacts

Artifacts in a Scan due to poor technique or post-processing:

• Binding Discoloration: Blurriness due to the page bending
• Bleed Through: The opposite side of the page bleeding through
• Color Halftone: Visible printing dots, usually in a high definition scan
• Color Issue: Inaccurate color reproduction
• Crease: Bending marks
• Scan Dust: Dust on the paper
