A jarringly young-looking girl with an equally childish and girly personality. She has long, Pink Hair in Twintails with an Ahoge while wearing a Hairband with a Smokestack-like accessory, and Small Breasts. She wears a backless-like, Sleeveless Dress with a Black Ribbon on it, and an attached cannon. Underneath it was a Military Uniform with an Armband. She also wears Black Pantyhose and Elbow Gloves as well as carrying a Staff with a Flight Deck-like banner.
