He is a middle aged Bald man who typically wears a white Bandana on his head, Glasses, and a Karate Gi with a White Shirt and White Pants. Due to a curse he changes into a panda when splashed with cold water.
He is voiced by Ogata Ken'Ichi (1989) / Cho (2024).
