Also known as: サンチョ・パンサ(Fate)
A woman who accompanies Don Quixote (Fate) when he is summoned as a servant. She shares her name with the squire Sancho Panza from Don Quixote (Novel), but also incorporates elements of other characters, such as his horse Rocinante, the prankster Altisidora, and his imaginary princess Dulcinea Del Toboso.
She appears as a Horse Girl who, depending on the ascension level, is either dressed as a Maid or a Princess. Her primary goal is to keep Quixote out of harm. She was the one who helped Quixote flee from the Atlantis (Fate/Grand Order) Lostbelt, and orchestrated his disguise as Karl Der Grosse (Fate) in the Traum (Fate/Grand Order) singularity.
