Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon character. The true form of Chibi Chibi from the very distant future. She does not appear in the '90s anime as Chibi Chibi there has a different adult form. She is voiced by Kitagawa Keiko in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal, who likewise played the role of Hino Rei/Sailor Mars in the Tokusatsu drama Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.
