Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese escort ship Sado. Character design by Akasaka Yuzu, voiced by Imamura Ayaka (initial) and Seto Asami (after Imamura's retirement).
She has long Blue Hair with a blonde gradient, and red eyes. Her default outfit is the Etorofu-class uniform: a Sleeveless White Shirt with a Blue Sailor Collar, Aqua Neckerchief, Black Bodysuit, White Gloves, blue Pleated Skirt, Black Pantyhose, and grey Loafers.
Her Rigging is shared with the rest of the class: her funnel and masts to her back, a 12 cm Handgun mount, 25 mm Anti-Aircraft Gun and Depth Charges on Thigh Straps, additional depth charges slung to her side, and a blue ankle ribbon.
