Character in the Neptunia series who appears in Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart. She's a general in Planeptune's army, and also runs a Host Club. She's a Personification of the Ryuu Ga Gotoku (Series) series, hence her name. In combat, she wields a Sake Bottle as a weapon.
In the official English translation, her name is spelled with only one u ("Ryuka").
