Rouge (Makeup)

Also known as: 頬紅, 胭脂, 블러셔, 腮红

Rouge, also called blush, is a cosmetic used to color the cheeks. It is applied as a powder, cream or liquid.

Don't use this tag for naturally Blushing cheeks. Generally rouge is drawn more toward the ears while a blush is drawn below or closer to the eyes. If a character isn't wearing other types of Makeup like Lipstick, Mascara or Eyeshadow then it's probably just an average anime blush and not rouge.
