Rosalina (Halloween)

An Official Alternate Costume for Rosalina in Mario Kart Tour, putting her in a witch-themed Halloween Costume. She wears a long Purple Dress with Long Sleeves and a blue Back Bow, along with a purple Witch Hat with a Jack-O'-Lantern Hat Ornament on it. She also has on a Black Pantyhose and grey Pumps, along with her usual Star Brooch in the center.
