Roark, known as Hyouta (ヒョウタ) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.
A Gym Leader who uses Rock types and works in a mine, he's good at digging holes and likes to collect fossils. He respects his father, Byron (Pokemon), who is also a Gym Leader. His signature Pokémon is Rampardos.
He has Red Eyes and hair. He wears a red Helmet, black-framed Glasses, a grey short sleeved jacket, a Black Shirt, White Gloves, grey baggy pants, and black Boots.
