Main antagonist of Limbus Company's Canto IX known as the Nursefather of the Index.
Cares for Sora (Project Moon) and, in the past, Ryoshu (Project Moon).
A former Oracle of the Index who in the past had a wife and daughter but lost them by the orders of the Prescripts which he tried to defy. He is ultimately defeated by Ryoshu, where upon he escapes and chooses to commit suicide using a Spork
His similarities to Roland (Project Moon) are no coincidence, as the Prescripts given to him forced him to enact a more twisted version of the Fixer's life. Mimicking the loss of his family, appearance, and even his death in Library Of Ruina's Bad Ending.
