The head of Rhodes Island's Human Resource Department, a remaining member of its predecessor Babel. She is a Djall Sarkaz and Nymph (Arknights)'s elder sister.
Little is known about her except the notations she wrote in other operators' files and a few mentions of her in story and other operators' files. Her name is intentionally obscured by spells, signatures and mentions of her name are all written as ■■■. Players use the name 三黑框 (three black blocks) to refer to her.
