Ralsei (Hat)

Also known as: hat_ralsei, hatralsei

Ralsei's initial appearance in Deltarune Chapter 1, before he takes off his hat. The hat somehow obscures his entire body, making it appear pitch black. It would reappear for Chapter 5.
