Rain Deer are large, non-hostile quadrupeds in the game Rain World which resemble Deer, mainly by having prominent Antlers. They have egg-shaped heads, loaf-shaped bodies, and extremely long and spindly legs.Their bodies are a uniform black except for their two eyes, which are bright orange. At full height they are nearly as tall as the screen.
Slugcats can ride a Rain Deer by jumping onto its back and holding on to its antlers, which is practically required to cross certain areas. The Rain Deer AI is notorious for being unreliable: sometimes getting stuck for unknown reasons, other times spasming wildly and hurling off passengers to all-but-certain death.
