Axis Powers Hetalia's representation of the Principality of Wy, a micronation that seceded from Mosman, a suburb of Sydney, Australia in 2004.
Wy is a young girl with a short brown Side Ponytail, Brown Eyes, and Thick Eyebrows like the rest of the Kirkland family. She wears an outfit of a Jacket, Tank Top, Shorts, a red Ascot, and often wields a large Paintbrush in reference to Wy's founder, artist Paul Delprat.
Though at first dismissive, she befriends fellow micronation Sealand (Hetalia).
