Prince Matthew (Eddsworld)

A variant of Matt (Eddsworld) from the Eddsworld: Legacy episode "Saloonatics" - a Prince in a 1800s Cowboy Western setting who is kidnapped by bandits and has to be rescued by Sheriff Thompson (Eddsworld). He wears a purple coat with Epaulettes.
