A male Angel character who debuts in the sixth episode of the second season of Panty & Stocking With Garterbelt (also known as New PSG), alongside his younger brother, Polyurethane (Psg), and is a cousin of the Anarchy Sisters.
He is depicted with Red Eyes, a gradient purple-blue Bowl Cut covering an eye, a Black Choker, a Sleeveless V-Neck white spandex suit with a visible Bulge, a pair of White Gloves, and a black charm which resembles the "heaven" kanji (天).
Thinks very highly of himself, most likely as a direct result of the advanced technology that he uses. Prone to be in fits when his plans go awry, which can cause his behavior to be spontaneous.
