A male Angel character who debuts in the sixth episode of the second season of Panty & Stocking With Garterbelt (also known as New PSG), alongside his older brother, Polyester (Psg), and is a cousin of the Anarchy Sisters.
He is depicted with Blue Eyes, gradient purple-pink hair with Blunt Bangs, Black Earrings, Black Nails, a Black Choker, a Sleeveless V-Neck black spandex suit with a visible Bulge and a Thigh Cutout, and a white cloth belt around his waist.
Similar to his older brother, he has a similarly-inflated ego (which, again, is mostly due to his privileged access to new-age tech) and gets impetuous when situations are left out of his and Polyester's control.
