Its appearance gradually changes after blessing new employees, with its color scheme turning from black to white, sprouting extra wings, and losing its hat and cloak, finally revealing a floating Fetus with a single eye. After twelve employees are blessed, Plague Doctor irreversably transforms into the ALEPH-class Abnormality WhiteNight (Project Moon).
