Azur Lane's personification of the second Ning Hai-class light cruiser, Ping Hai. Her name means "amicable sea".
She has long Brown Hair tied into Twintails and an Ahoge, and Red Eyes. Her default outfit consists of an Anchor Hair Ornament, red Dragon Print Qipao with a Cleavage Cutout, a single black thighhigh on her left leg, side-tie White Panties, and a White Jacket. Her Rigging consists of two hull pieces containing her 140 mm twin gun mounts and additional 76 mm Anti-Aircraft Guns.
Historically, she was to be built in the Jiangnan Shipyard in Shanghai to plans supplied by the Japanese from building Ning Hai (Azur Lane), but rising tensions between the two countries delayed her construction and completion to 1937. Also unlike her sister, Ping Hai did not have a seaplane complement and carried smaller-caliber AA guns.
