Phrolova was a violinist hailing from the town of Ostina belonging to an unknown Solaris-3 nation. Her town's destruction by a meteorite impact and subsequent journeys and betrayals while looking for a reason to keep living led her to eventually join the Fractsidus and merge with Hecate (Wuthering Waves).
