She has short Blonde Hair in Short Twintails and Blue Eyes. She wears a Leotard with Short Shorts over it along with two loose belts and goggles on her head. She utilizes small robot penguins, is usually in a mechanical penguin suit, and constantly says "pen", hence her name.
