Pelinal Whitestrake

A figure in Elder Scrolls lore that makes an appearance as a ghost in the Elder Scrolls Oblivion's Knights of the Nine DLC. A Cyrodiilic cultural hero who took part in the Alessian slave rebellion that led to the downfall of elven Ayleid Empire and rise of the first Empire of Cyrodil. Pelinal was prone of entering periods of extreme rage, is described to have carried what could be considered campaigns of genocide against elves and khajiit (under mistaken belief that they were one of elven races) and might have been an reincarnating avatar of god Lorkhan and/or a time traveling cyborg from future armed with some type of energy weapon.
